Trajectory Reset

Tired of solving the same problem in different forms?

Trajectory Reset is a guided 30-day process for leaders, founders, operators, and people carrying substantial responsibility. Focus on one recurring problem, practice a different response, and review what happens with structured support throughout.

When the problem keeps returning

Different situation.
Familiar response.
Similar cost.

A delayed decision. A boundary that disappears under pressure. The same conflict in a different setting. Each event may look separate, but your response and its consequences may be repeating.

Trajectory Reset gives you a focused way to examine one recurring problem and practice a different response.

See the pattern. Choose the next response.

Your Pattern Map brings one recurring problem into focus: what triggers it, how you respond, what keeps it going, and what it costs.

Your First Correction is a specific response you choose to practice when that pattern appears. Over the next 30 days, you track what happens and review it during scheduled appointments so you can decide what to keep, adjust, or change.

30 daysFocused on one recurring problem
Initial session45 to 60 minutes
Three weekly reviews45 to 60 minutes each

Fit

Is Trajectory Reset right for you?

A strong fit often means

  • You carry responsibility in your work, business, or personal life.
  • A familiar problem keeps returning, even when the circumstances change.
  • You want to focus on one specific pattern over the next 30 days.

What the work asks of you

  • Set aside approximately 1 to 2 hours each week.
  • Attend your sessions and complete the lesson, tracker, and written weekly review.
  • Practice a different response in real situations.
  • Record what happens honestly, including what does not improve.

Trajectory Reset provides coaching and education. It is not therapy, medical care, or crisis support.

THE FOUNDER

Work directly with Matthew Goddard.

Founder of Trajectory Arc Lab

My interest in recurring patterns began with rebuilding my own life. I had to examine how I interpreted situations, how I responded under pressure, and which choices kept repeating at a cost. Practicing different responses in everyday life made that work concrete.

I founded Trajectory Arc Lab to bring that same practical focus to recurring problems in work, leadership, and relationships. My approach draws on coaching experience and ongoing study toward an EdD in Organizational Leadership and Innovation.

In Trajectory Reset, you work directly with me to examine one recurring problem, map the pattern, choose a response to practice, review what you observe, and adjust. What you learn in that process may help you recognize similar dynamics elsewhere, but each situation still calls for attention and judgment.

Questions

Questions before you apply.

What is included?

Over 30 days, Trajectory Reset includes:

  • One initial session.
  • Three weekly review appointments.
  • One final review.

Each of these five scheduled appointments lasts 45 to 60 minutes.

You also receive a Pattern Map, a First Correction to practice, lesson materials, a tracker, and written weekly reviews. The written review records what you observed between appointments. The review appointment is the live online conversation where you discuss those observations and adjust the next practice.
